Very nice outdoor area including patio, swimming pool, kitchen and dining area. Nice views on Var valley and surrounding villages. Good location to explore Cote d'Azur and Mercantour. The hosts were welcoming and extremely helpful.

Very friendly host Mrs. Martina and her well-behaved dog. We felt very comfortable and very welcome. Although the lady does not speak English, we got along very easily. Excellent location 10 minutes drive from the center of Nice, especially in the warmer months, pleasant natural environment, peace, quiet and cooler than in the city. I absolutely recommend it to everyone.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool was lovely, and the outdoor area was great for relaxing in the sun.

The place is great, located about 12 km uphill from Nice, right in the middle of the old village of Aspremont with great views, and lovely stone houses. The room was small but cozy and very clean and it was packed with everything you need. The room is accesed through a pedestrian area, which means you have to leave the car in the parking lot next to the town hall and take a 5 minute walk, which adds to the experience The host was very polite and helpful, even though we only communicated through messages, she made sure that everything was ready by the time we got there.

Our stay at the villa was fantastic! The atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly. The apartments had a lovely design and made us feel really comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome gift. The pool and the whole area were incredibly beautiful, providing a peaceful and relaxing retreat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway.
