My wife and I stayed in the "Le Charmant", which was true to it's name. The apartment is a tastefully renovated unit with a LOT of features including a fully functioning kitchen, induction stove and dish washing machine. The design blends modern elements with the original character of the building, very cozy vibes. It was perfect for our little weekend romantic getaway. We stayed there during one of the hottest days of the year (which peaked at 105 F / 40 C), and the unit was cool, even BEFORE we turned on the air conditioning (I suspect due to the insulating effect of the solid thick rock walls of the building). The unit is very easy to self check into thanks to the use of electronic access keypads, the host was very responsive. Would stay again, and would recommend to others if visiting Périgueux. The location was as central as it gets in the old quarter right near Saint-Front Cathedral.

After a week-long trip across the southwest of France, traveling from Bordeaux to Sarlat-la-Canéda, we stopped in Perigueux and stayed at Le Carré Saint-Silain – and it turned out to be an absolutely brilliant choice! The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Perigueux, yet peaceful and cozy, as if we were spending the night in our own sweet home. The apartments are beautifully designed, full of charm and character, and equipped with every facility a traveler could possibly need. And the bed… oh, what a bed! I slept like a child – a prince-child, to be precise – after days on the road. It was pure comfort and relaxation. Another highlight was the breakfast. We prepared it ourselves in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoyed it in a lovely, homely atmosphere. It made the morning feel warm and welcoming, a perfect start to the day. Overall, staying here was a delight, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Perigueux. It combines comfort, style, and a sense of home that’s hard to beat!

    Spacious and quiet flat ideally located, close to the train station, restaurants and grocery stores (Carrefour City, E. Leclerc) ; large shower cabin ; fast and steady internet ; the Ikea deco that reminded me of my Uni years ; straightforward and responsive communication with the Property Rental NM, the professional conciergerie in charge of this flat. Check-out at 10.45 a.m. instead of the initial "before 10.00 a.m."

    Good size for a studio apartment with plenty of natural light and lots of work and storage space in the kitchen. Double glazing is very effective. Meet and greet host was very friendly.

    A relatively spacious apartment with modern furnishings. Very well equipped for a short or longer-term rental. All appliances you may need are supplied, including washing machine! The apartment is on the second floor with only skylights for ventilation, so no outside views. Our booking process and check-in was very well done and communicated.

    The location for walking in Perigueux and sightseeing is excellent. The apartment is small but perfectly formed and spotlessly clean. The host who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. The private garage is a great bonus and by letting the air out of the rear tyres our Renault Trafic van just fitted in 😬. The bed was soooo comfortable and the area was quiet for a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
