If you are after peace and quiet in the middle of nowhere this is perfect. Close enough to use as a base for days out but far enough out to be able to switch off and relax. David and his wife were lovely, didn't really see Sam and Ben. We are already planning to go back to share a bottle of wine with David and his wife next year. One thing I'd suggest, take camping chairs for the little porch area outside. We spent every evening sitting out there partaking of a drink or two. We stayed Monday to Friday and would of happily stayed longer if we could of.

Orchard house was absolutely wonderful. The room is very well equipped with coffee, tea, breakfast foods, milk & orange juice. The water pressure was great & the towels were incredibly soft. We stayed for a few nights and really enjoyed ourselves. Shona was a great host and gave loads of really good recommendations on the local area and some great insight. Thanks for the stay!
