The apartment was large and contained everything you could possibly need. The welcome basket and milk was a nice touch. Attention to detail was great with lots of hanging space and room to put your own things. The balcony was lovely to sit out for a morning coffee and the host recommended Swellies which did a fantastic breakfast. It has a great view of the yacht marina leading into the Menai Strait from the small balcony (which is big enough for 2 to sit out on). There's a great pub on the shorefront in the village but it gets really busy so book if you want a meal. The village has a convenience store and nearest supermarkets in Bangor/Caernafon about 3 to 4 miles away.Guest review byArthurGroup

There was a welcome hamper from the hosts and appliances all worked great. Shower and bath worked well. Beds were comfortable. Our two-and-a-half-year-old enjoyed having a double bed to himself! Nice balcony with glass doors with nice view of marina. From here it was a short drive to the activities we did which included Anglesey Sea Zoo and Llanberis Lake Railway, as well as Bangor, Caernarfon and several National Trust properties.Guest review byHeatherFamily with young children

My husband enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a beer at the end of the day. The welcome hamper was most generous and I am afraid we demolished most of the items.
