Great stay in a peaceful natural setting. The hotel is located in a quiet, forested area with a beautiful view of the sea. It’s a calm place, ideal for relaxing and getting away from the noise. I love the view from the balcony! We can see the Black Sea and we also watched fireworks during New Year’s Day. It was magical!!! (Excuse me for making a big deal out of it. Fireworks has been banned by our city for years in order to maintain a good air quality). The receptionist is very bubbly and friendly, love her🥰 The room is fine. And we had a lovely breakfast the next morning.

The view is a killer - really impressive! The room is beautiful and equipped with everything you need for a longer stay, such as a mini kitchen, wash machine, iron. There were mini shampoos, gels, and washing powder there. The towels and the bed sheets were nice.

What I liked: The location seems really sketchy when you first arrive but is actually not so bad with the beach and cafes/restaurants nearby. The room is as in the pictures and the bed is comfortable, the shower has good water pressure. If you think of it more as a cheap hostel private room booking then its not bad at all. The price is very good for what the room is, its the building thats the problem. If youre expecting a luxury relaxing getaway then book somewhere else. You can see the room before paying. The room was clean and the towels and sheets smelled nice. AC was working and we were provided extra blankets too. There was a drying rack on the balcony which was nice but no chairs or anything on the balcony.

    It’s a small but really great apartment, perfectly clean and with everything you need for a short stay. Location is perfect. You are in the center of Batumi and you have everything you need on a walking distance. The host was exceptionally friendly and very nice. Communication with the host was easy and he was always responsive. We had a huge terrace with great view on the city. I will for sure return back to this place.

    I enjoyed staying in this apartment. Very nice, clean and fully equipped apartment in a great location. With Nuri lake nearby, 5 minutes to Batumi historical center and 7 minutes to the beach. The host was nice, helpful and quickly answered any questions I had. This is a great apartment for long and short stay 👍
