Very clean property, very helpful host, Giota and the entire personel. We stayed in a deluxe 2 bedrom appartment, 1 kitchenette, 1 bathroom and 1 balcony from the master bathroom -all very clean and with everything we needed. Exceptional value for the money, photos from booking.com are very accurate. Private Parking is 20 metres away from the property, the garden surrounding Villa Ikaros is beautiful and well groomed.

Everything was great and the rooms were very much new, the cleanliness was on a very high level (the staff was cleaning the room on a daily bases) and the host, Maria was very polite. In general, great value for the money!

Our room was modern, new, and so clean! We had everything we needed for family of 4. We received a beautiful welcome basket and when the hairdryer wasn’t working well, Roula brought me another one asap! She is so friendly and so is the neighbouring restaurant staff. When we needed a little butter to make eggs in the morning they gave us a whole tub of butter and wouldn’t accept any money. I loved the beach and how it wasn’t as busy as the beach in Parga. Roula and her staff told us about other beaches to visit and they were always smiling. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to see the neighbouring city of Parga and Loutsa and not spend a lot of money.

Our recent family vacation was nothing short of a magical experience, thanks to the exceptional accommodation we had the pleasure of staying at. Nestled by the Acheron river, just two minutes from Ammoudia beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. Its location provided the perfect refuge from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and made us leave the car and just move on foot. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the thoughtful amenities that catered to every member of our family. A fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, three smart TVs and three air conditioners and a wonderful outdoor space are just a few of the amenities in the apartment that made us feel at home. The pristine cleanliness of the room made us feel instantly at ease, knowing that great care was taken to maintain impeccable standards. The staff with their warmth and attention made us feel like valued guests and were always willing to offer assistance or provide useful recommendations for local attractions and activities. Beyond the accommodation itself, the location surrounding Ammoudia was a paradise waiting to be explored. We found ourselves surrounded by natural beauty, with breathtaking landscapes. The proximity of the accommodation to local attractions and activities such as boating in Acheron and exploring the river with canoe kayaks made it easy for us to create unforgettable family memories. In conclusion, our family accommodation stay in Orea Homes surpassed all expectations and left us with a lasting impression of warmth, luxury, and happiness. The apartment we've had was cosy and comfortable, with a large terrace and a very well-equipped kitchen. There is a garden with palm trees that provide shadow during daytime and a small swimming pool where you may chill when not at the beach. All the windows and doors had mosquito nets (there are a lot of mosquitos in the area, as the mouth of Acheron River is nearby). The villa is close to the beach but I recommend driving not walking. The beach is wonderful (sand, smooth entry into the sea, the water a little bit more cold than other places due to Acheron spreading into the sea, yet the estuary gives a lovely landscape you can't get enough of watching). The place is very quiet, appropriate for people looking to relax and not party, however the hosts are throwing a welcoming party with live Greek music every week, for their guests. The highlights of this villa are its hosts, a German couple so welcoming and friendly they could make you come back again next year just to have another drink with them. Also, they organize trips to various sightseeings in the area and I would like to mention they took us on a trip even if the boat was not full due to cancellation of the other travellers, waving away profit for the satisfaction of their guests. We can't thank them enough for the dolphin tour.

The building was nice, beautiful garden. The apartment had a huge balcony, the view was exceptional. It is located like 500 meters from the beach, restaurants, taverns, small shops are nearby. The owners were very kind, helped out for every question or request we had. I would return again.
