The staff in particular were exceptional! Going the extra mile to make sure our stay was wonderful. They were very helpful and accommodating in organizing a lovely surprise for my girlfriend for her birthday. Breakfast was really nice! The kind you look forward to.

Upon our arrival we were welcomed by Mary and the staff helped with all our luggage as it is a 5-7 minute walk with stairs from the main road to the hotel. We had a rental car that we needed to park (for free) near the restaurant called Mama Lena and walk from there. Mary had a list of activities and restaurant recommendations from every part of Santorini. She also checked every day if we are okay or if we need something. Petro made sure we get to enjoy the jacuzzi during the night by heating the water because it gets cold in the evening. In the mornings our breakfast was served at our balcony and the room was cleaned every day. One of the best services we had! Mary, Petro and all the staff are amazing!

I have no words to describe Kaleidoscope! It was exceptional! We loved every minute! Dimitris was so helpful and messaged to check in on us often. The accommodation was immaculate. The view was amazing and the breakfast each morning was delicious. We can’t wait to go back!

We loved our room: the mesmerizing view, calm, but surrounded by the best bars and restaurants, our host, Despina the Great, was extremely helpful and available. As authentic as it can get, without being too Disneylandy we’ve discovered the island volcanos and food with a rented scooter. Exceptional stay!

The view from our caldera view suite was breathtaking. Best private view I’ve ever seen in my life. We looked forward to having the delicious breakfast that you can select each day while overlooking the stunning view. Sunset view is out of this world. It also felt much more private than other similar hotel suites that were sitting right on the Fira to Oia hiking trail. The service was excellent - special thanks to Neil for making our stay a breeze. We felt like we had everything we needed at all times.

Absolutely everything! Nice rooms, beautiful terrace with pool, excellent breakfast but most of all the staff was amazing. Super kind, helpful and always willing to support! It really makes a difference. And of course… the sunrise was absolutely amazing!

    Marinos, our host, was great, very accommodating even when we arrived earlier than the official check in time. He also helped us with the car rental arrangements and other recommendations. The view from the house is just breathtaking and the surroundings are surprisingly quiet and not noisy at all. Taking a bath in the jacuzzi with such view to the caldera is something worth experiencing at least once in a lifetime. In sum, 100% recommended place to stay in Imerovigli!

    It was a beautiful studio apartment. Plenty of room and a fantastic view. The location was perfect for us. We could easily walk to the town centre but had a lovely quiet place.

    Apartment was clean and cleaned every morning, with air con in both rooms. We had a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, sink, refrigerator and microwave. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, with great view overlooking the eastern coast, as did our balcony. There is good Carfour supermarket a walkable distance away (approx 200/300m). The staff were also very helpful regarding where to go and arranging our rental, and a taxi from and to the airport.
