the property is very clean. well placed (not far from the bus stop if you take the bus, it has the parking lots if you have a car) not far also from the village. the place is very quiet, charming, and the view you get is breathtaking. the village with it is people was very friendly. the nature there is also amazing. the house has everything you need for the comfort ( for cooking, relaxing, and furniture. “recharging your batteries” in addition, the owner, Stefanos, is one of the sweetest person we met, he is so kind, and at your service whatever you need, he is so comprehensive and helpful without forgetting his cute cats.

Stunning view from everywhere you stand , very comfortable and clean apartment. Excellent communication whith care taker. We loved our stay. 1 hour from Balos beach we just drove there by car for the day. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful room overlooking the ocean with a balcony, efficiency kitchen and shower. Great value! I will put up guests here in the future. I got lost as I arrived at night, but Spitos met me at a grocery store from where I had phoned him to take me up the drive. I woke to a beautiful place! Tea kettle, small cook top range and fridge in efficiency kitchen were appreciated.

Our room had everything we needed for a few days holiday. We liked the location as it is central to visit any other part of the island. It also right in front of the beach so you have an amazing view specially when you wake up early in the morning (see the photo). Staff was really really helpful giving directions anytime via WhatsApp or at the reception. The people who cleaned the apartment also did the dishes everyday which was not needed but still helpful. I saw some reviews of people complaining about the noise during the night because it is just next to the street. This does not bothered us as we were so tired every night but it might bother some people who have trouble sleeping. For us it was not an issue.

    This was our second time to Marathi apartments. Not surprised that we were very pleased with everything! Very clean apartment,Eleni the host is very helpful and kind person and airways have for welcome traditional raki and cake ! We also liked the common area downstairs , had a wine evening there relaxing. Also, it was so calming and beautiful that we enjoyed the coffee in the Balcony in the morning and hearing the waves and smell of iodine from the sea ! Thank you, Eleni. We will definitely come back again !

    The apartment was equipped with absolutely everything we needed. It is located just a few meters from the small beach of Marathi. The host, Eleni, is very friendly and helpful, welcoming us with home-made pastry and cold raki. We would love to come back for a longer vacation.

    The apartment was very well designed and stylishly furnished , with all modern conveniences. The view of the sea, Souda bay and the mountains beyond was a delight from the balcony. We were welcomed by friendly, helpful Joanna and treated to cakes and some local information.

    Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment! Eleni waited for us with traditional raki and homemade cake ! She was very kind and helpful! The apartment is like 20 meters from the beach and the view is fantastic ! Down stairs there is also nice place that Eleni had decorated ,to chill 😎,drink some wine and relax! There is also private parking 🅿️ and in the apartments you can find anything that you need! We will definitely go again and we recommend it also to everyone! Hopefully, very soon again!!

    A couple of minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Marathi. Looks like a well, newly renovated flat, has everything you need, but if you’d like to make some of your own food, bring food before coming as the area doesn’t have a supermarket. Very clean and bed is super comfy.

    This would be a nice spot to spend a few quiet beach days. We were just needing somewhere close to airport for an early morning flight so did not get the full benefits of the comfortable apartment that had everything needed for an extended stay. Our host gave great check in instructions and left wine and fruit for us - a very nice surprise.
