very genuine and cosy place you are in a village house which I loved ideal for few nights stay few minutes from Phaistos site for visits, and beautiful Komos beach to relax very kind helpful and responsive host good beds and AC in each rooms all you may need is there (we even get olive oil from our host to cook!) lovely terrace outdoor across the pathway which was unfortunately not in the shade in the morning

Truly, we liked everything. We were greeted by the lovely hostess and found a welcome surprise in the fridge. The rooms are spacious and beds are nice, even the couch is good for sleeping. Kitchen is equipped with everything you may need for cooking and there's a barbeque on the terrace. Terrace has both shade and sun, so you will always find the spot you like - space outside is ample and private, pool (neck deep if you sit down) is amazingly refreshing on a hot summer day. We were there with 4 and there was enough space for us all. Washing machine and bath (with excellent water pressure and temperature) were also great to have. Just a few minutes' walk away are restaurants, bakeries and shops. Some sandy beaches are nearby - it is a 5 minute drive to Kommos beach where we watched baby turtles hatching and an amazing sunset. There is no noise that would disturb your peace. Safe parking, lots of places to visit within 30min-1h drive, which makes it a nice spot to go and explore the South of Crete. We would love to return.

    This was a spacious upper floor apartment which has only recently built. The large balcony with furniture we used every day. It was nice to have private parking. Only a 5 minute walk to the village square for local tavernas

    The studio was quite simple but efficient and clean. The beds were a bit hard though. The view from the balcony was amazing: sea, mountains and the sunset..! It was super close to Matala and shops. And they also have a restaurant where they serve good food for a fair price. We would recommend this place, which is definitely a good price-quality ratio.

    Everything was amazing. The hosts were very nice, the apartment is equipped with absolutely everything, the area is very quiet, everything is very close, from the supermarket to the taverns. The room was very cool, I didn't need to use the air conditioner, the terrace was covered with a large umbrella. The host was very kind, she waited for us with cold water and fruits in the fridge. During the stay, he served us with fruits and vegetables from his own garden. I recommend this property to everyone.
