The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the apartment was modern, spotless, and well-maintained. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Upon arrival, you're greeted with thoughtful traditional Greek treats, including a small box of Greek Delights, baklava, ouzo-flavored candies, and a fresh bowl of fruit. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The bathrooms are also very clean and nicely designed. Towels are changed regularly, and the bins are emptied frequently by the staff. As a guest, you also receive a discount at the shop located just below the apartments, which is run by the hosts. The WiFi is surprisingly good for Greece, offering speeds around 20–30 Mbps. The air conditioning works excellently as well, making a big difference if you're coming from a cooler climate. All in all, it's a fantastic place to stay!

I am not exaggerating when I say this is one of the best places I’ve stayed in for holiday. The place looked exactly like the photos, so beautiful, right next to the beach. The room was big, designed and decorated beautifully, everything was clean. The pool area is spacious, the pool was clean and just the right size and the sun-beds were comfortable, plus the fact you can walk a few steps and get to the beach is just perfect. And don’t let me start on the owners Maria and Manos who are just lovely and are there to make your holiday even better, they let us feel at home, Manos welcomed us and helped us in everything we needed and so did Maria plus she is the one who cooks, and her food was so delicious.

Before even arriving to the apartment, I contacted them about our backpacks. We wanted to leave our stuff before check in, because we came early. The were fine, keeping our stuff in the reception before and after our stay. They were very polite and helpful, the rooms was clean and as shown on the pictures. The bed was very comfortable and big plus the coffee machine, the laundry machine (we didn't used them), and the AC of course! If you come by car or motorcycle you can park it outside on the road (that's what we did with the motorcycle), the area is very safe and also less than 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop towards Heraklion and Mali. Also there is a pool but we didn't used it. As we saw it looks very clean. We recommend this place if you want to stay near Malia and Hersonissos.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The vila was exactly what I was looking for, quiet location, close to the beach and terraces. I loved to see the sunrise from the see directly from the balcony. The room & bathroom was ok. I guess an additional place to put your stuff is needed, the existing one is too small. The AC is not blowing freezing air, but for me it was just perfect the way it was.

The location was perfect. Quiet and close to the beaches. Pelagos restaurant right next door was amazing. Small shop with everything we needed o the other side of the apartment. Short walk to the bus. AC worked well. Shaded balcony facing the sea was amazing. The beds were very comfortable.

    Budget Apartments in Stalis. Lots of steps but lovely sea view in return. Basic old furniture and fittings but on the other hand has everything needed for a short stay and sheets towels etc are clean and changed regularly. Very handy for bus,shops and beach at an excellent price.

    The view was amazing, and the apartment is stylish and well furnished with a comfortable super king bed. The air con in the living room worked really well, which is a must for summer time in Crete! The fan in the bedroom kept it cool enough for sleeping. Manos was an excellent host - always reachable and very friendly. The beach is a 15-minute walk down a steep winding hill. Plenty of parking, but rental cars do seem to struggle slightly up that steep hill! Lovely pool area with bar (drinks, snacks, meals), and nicely maintained greenery.

    Wonderful apartments. at the foot of the mountain. I liked the vintage style of the studio room. All necessary household appliances and dishes are available. Comfortable soft bed. Terrace overlooking the sea. 3 minutes to the sea. The beach is sandy and wide. A little further towards Malia you can rent sun loungers for the whole day and buy something at the cafe-restaurant.

    Great location 1 min from the beach with sand, no stones. Central street with shops and cafes, promenade. Cozy yard. Excellent apartments. Newly renovated, beautiful crockery, thoughtfully every nuance for the convenience of guests. Separate entrance in apartment with outdoor dining area. The building has a washing machine and a barbecue area. The owners are very attentive and nice people. No many others hotels around can offer such a quality of service and apartment quality as in Esperos Studio Apartments. Highly recommend.

    Very reasonably priced apartments in great location in Stalis: Close to the beach shops and restaurants and with bus stops for buses to airport/ Heraklion and Agios Nikolaus/ Ierapetra practically outside. Easy check in and no fuss.Have everything needed for a short stay.
