The location was AMAZING. It’s steps from the Pile gate and there are only about 6- 8 steps down from street level which aren’t bad. We saw people staying in old town where you had to climb 70 steps just to get to your place. It was very clean and the owner Marko was very helpful and kind. They provided water, fresh fruit and some snacks. I know this may sound crazy to some, but they had soft toilet paper, which after 10 days of sandpaper toilet paper, it was so wonderful. I was a little bit skeptical of all of the amazing reviews that I saw about this place but I can confirm that they are all accurate! I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Flexible and helpful owner, lots of advice from the very beginning till end of our stay. Really Breathtaking VIEW from the balcony, amazing colors during sunset and after... Nicely decorated interior, very comfortable, you feel like at home. Speak to owner if need to park car, parking spot is just 20steps up, just by the main road so it is easy to reverse and drive...but I would not do that as it's so difficult to find a free parking spot closer to the Old Town walls.. 5-7min.down the stairs (lovely narrow alleys) you will get to the local bakery (the best burek with cheese and spinach) or three coffee places and one small supermarket. You better hurry up and book the place before it is too late!

Paulina was a WONDERFUL hostess, she adjusted to us falling behind on schedule, even on a national holiday, and received in the greatest way, with all the every posible suggestion regarding transportation, beaches, where to eat and buy, etc. The place was also great, it is a beautiful and cozy apartment. We spent only one night but we would definitively spend many more in our next time in Dubrovnik.

- Easy access to Dubrovnik main bus station and the 1A & 1B busses to get to Old Town. If you arrive to Dubrovnik via bus, this apartment is very convenient for you. - Jenny was very helpful throughout my stay and she definitely gave thought on what to offer in the apartment to make my stay more comfortable, such as: 1) I was out in Trsteno Arboretum and she promptly confirmed which suburban bus lines (all of them claimed to go to Dubrovnik at Trsteno station, which wasn't very helpful to me) go back to the Dubrovnik main bus station (12 & 35 from Trsteno Arboretum will take you back); it got dark and windy outside early in the day due to Winter season, so I just wanted to get back somewhere warm as soon as possible. 2) Apartment offers multiple large umbrellas near the entrance, just in case it rained outside. Fortunately, the weather was sunny and comfortable during daylight hours, so I never had to use the umbrellas. 3) Gave more than expected amount of toilet of paper rolls on very first night, so I never had to request additional rolls of toilet paper. As a visitor to Croatia, for some reason the toilet paper rolls offered are not packed very densely, so each roll runs out surprisingly fast, even when only using 1-2 sheets at a time. 4) Jenny reminded me the day before to expect grocery stores to close on Sunday and on a national holiday during my stay. Other operations in the city mostly worked or were available during those days.

    Every was brilliant! The flat is gorgeous and so spacious. Best rental property we’ve stayed in. It’s clean and comfortable with a great view balcony. It also smells amazing in the apartment. If you are looking for a luxury apartment this is a gem. There is also a supermarket on the ground floor of the building. Less than 10 mins walk to bars, restaurants and a great beach.

    The apartment is conveniently located outside a bus stop near hotel Porto and staycity. The studio is nicely furnished, modern bathroom with the addition of a smart tv, nice balcony (although the view is of the opposite hotel). Perfect for a short stay and a 5 min Uber away from the old town and <5 mins to the ferry port.

    We stayed in a Superior Studio and it was beautiful, spacious, comfortable & spotlessly clean. The location was perfect in the Old Town. We were given excellent instructions on how to get to there. It was no trouble to find just off the main Stradun, with an easy flat walk from Pile Gate. It was very handy having a full laundry on the ground floor for free guest use. We met the House Manager,Jelena, who was so lovely and helpful. We really loved our stay. Thank you so much to the SUNce Palace Apartments team.

    This is a great little studio apartment located in one of the narrow alleyways off of the Stradun (main street) in the old town. It had everything I needed for a great short stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable (I almost wished I stayed here a few more nights just for the bed alone even though I enjoyed my other accommodation in Dubrovnik just as much). I didn't meet my host but we were in touch the whole time through whatsapp and she made sure I had everything I needed to check in and out for my short stay. :)

    The location of this studio apartment is very close to the old town of Dubrovnik. Generally clean and tidy self catering studio. We asked if it was possible to leave our luggage before the check-in time, and that was fine, so that was also nice because we could use the time to sightsee. Wonderful stay, we felt like home.

    We had a fantastic, short stay at MirO studios. The location is perfect for exploring the old city from the Pile Gate side. Getting there with luggage was very convenient as we didn't have to walk too far from the taxi drop off. The ladies who greeted us were so friendly! The apartment was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this spot for your stay.
