The house was immaculate and very spacious with modern fittings. On arrival we were greeted with tasty bread and jam which we loved. We were visiting Cork and the surrounding area and the house provided a great base for this. Lovely countryside and lots of country air. It was very comfortable with great facilities and I highly recommend it if you are visiting this region as a small group.

Location was great, close to pubs and restaurants, bus stop across the street. Plenty of parking, rooms were spacious, very comfortable. Michael our host was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Would have been nice to know in advance that the room overlooks a train track where trains regularly pass making a loud shrieking sound (metal on metal), late into the night, starting again early morning. During the second night, the sound of a printer from the apartment below was audible throughout the night. The apartment smells musty which is OK with open windows but wouldn't recommend for colder season. Otherwise well equipped (shower gel would have been a nice touch) and close to the train station (not surprisingly).
