Beautifully constructed with the newest facilities. The kitchen had a wonderful array of food for breakfast with a great cappuccino machine. it was located a few minutes from Montefalco where we spent most of our time. it was also very close to the freeway from Perugia to Spoleto making Assisi, Spello, Trevi and Campello sul Clitunno very accessible.

Great views, especially from the breakfast shop across the fields to Assisi. Several different areas you could enjoy a drink and take in the views. Nice pool. Breakfast was awesome, more than we could eat with home cured meats, breads and especially the freshly made croissants. Carolina and Andre went out of their way to make us comfortable, answer all our many questions and provide recommendations for places to eat, visit and wineries. Nothing was too much trouble, even giving us some ice for our drinks and breakfast on the last day to keep in our fridge as we left early.

Very close to Montefalco, small village with a lot of restaurants. Neighbourhood is beautiful: hills with vineyards close by and mountain tops behing them. Ideally for wine tourism: we visited some wineries for the lovely sagrantino wines.

The structure per se is comfortable and relatively well-supplied. The owner is readily available via phone or message. the structure is located in a small village ideally located in central Umbria to visit both nearby towns (Trevi, Montefalco), and some of the most famous locations of the region (both Assisi and Marmore's Waterfalls are only 25-30 minutes away by car). The restaurant at floor level (La Taverna di Sampey, which is NOT part of the structure) under the apartment gives you the option to dine here if you like.

The place is in the very center of the beautiful village of Montefalco. It is every cosy and clean, the host had some nice attentions bringing us some milk and cookies to have breakfast. There is some places of parking just in front of the house.

Riccardo communicated efficiently via whatsapp and met us in person to hand us the key and show us the apartment. The apartment is beautifully renovated and super clean. Very comfortable and quiet in a convenient location within the walls of Montefalco.

The apartment was charming and comfortable. The scent of flowers in the courtyard is everywhere. The pool was lovely. The location in Monte Falco is perfect -- a short walk to dinner or coffee.
