The apartments have been tastefully renovated, are comfortable and provide all the facilities one needs on a holiday. They are located in the historic centre, and we found them very convenient to numerous restaurants as well as mini markets, for those of us who like to purchase minor food items during our holiday. The apartments are managed by Francesco, who was super helpful during our stay – in fact at one point, when our luggage had not arrived with our flight, he drove half-way to Brindisi Airport to collect it so we would get it faster than the airline’s delivery service. Iris Apartments are highly recommended for anyone staying in Monopoli as a base for visiting Puglia.

Everything was perfect! The property is very beautiful, the apartment and house are very well-designed, and the large patio was great for dinner and evening under the stars. Plus there are fig trees with very sweet fruit. This place is probably best if booking both units for 2 couples or families as that would give you access to the entire property.

The setting and view of Monopoli and the sea were exceptional. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I think this was a great value especially if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing rural setting. The breakfasts were good but for the time of year(early April), it was a little chilly as service was outdoors. Because of the pool and beautiful grounds, this facility would be best in warmer months. Francesco was a wonderful host, lived on sight and was very helpful as we got settled.

    Lovey apartment in Monopoli Old Town. Plenty of space for a couple for a short stay. Bed was very comfortable and we had all the facilities we needed. Carla was incredibly friendly and helpful. would recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Monopoli for a few days

    Very good situation near everything, restaurants, beach.... Beautiful view from the apartment. Very clean and you have everything you need in the apartment. Very comfortable beds. The owner was very kind to us and even helped us with our luggage and told us a place where to park free just 5 minutes walk from the flat. Thank you for everything!

    This is the most incredible beach house and was the highlight of my wife’s and my honeymoon in Puglia. The pictures don’t do the beauty justice and Francesco and Porzia and incredible hosts. Even though it’s an apartment rental, they helped us make reservations and feel like locals. If I could give this a 12/10, I would. Thank you Francesco and Porzia!

    We got a whole flat with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, location is great as it is just a couple of minutes to the beach and to the city center, wifi was fast and was easy to get on to, modern apartment, easy access to Carrefour in the neighborhood

    The apartment is located 100 m from the Monopoli train station, from there you can easily travel to Polignano a Mare, Bari, Ostuni, Brindisi and Lecce. Everything was clean and very nicely decorated, beautiful, modern style. But the best about this rental is not the flat.. The family who owns it is the most welcoming, most flexible and most generous we have ever come across! We have travelled a lot, but B.'s hospitability is unmatchable! We cannot thank her enough for her generosity!
