Loved how kind and communicative Dani was. She made everything easy. The place was spotless with easy parking nearby on the street and a short walk from both the Etruscan Necropolis and the old town. We were pleasantly surprised the kitchen was fully stocked and had all the basics (oil, sugar, salt, coffee) and Dani had even placed some milk and bottled water in the fridge as well as mini Nutella and breakfast pastries.

The apartment is really nice and more than met our needs. There are two full bedrooms and it is located within easy walking distance of the quaint town. We would highly recommend it. Massimo (our host) was fantastic. He reached out to us by phone not long after we landed in Rome and not only took the time to recommend sightseeing and places to eat, but also kindly drove us to the cruise port the next morning. We certainly appreciated all his hospitality.

The location was very quiet and peaceful and only a few minutes away from the beach. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were excellent. We're could have stayed for a week!

    Everything in this resort is just outstanding. The apartment is nice and large enough with classic (old-type furniture). There is air-conditioning system in the rooms and a large terrace where you can have lunches. The park is really wonderful and the swimming pool is just marvelous. The people taking care of the resort are really nice and friendly. We have had such a good time there, it is a very quite place not far from the seaside (< 2 km).

    The apartment is well equipped for independent accommodation. The grounds of the estate are spacious, with plenty of space for sunbeds, barbecues and relaxation. There is all the infrastructure for washing and drying closes. Thanks for Maria Victoria for her assistance and advices.

    We stayed here with two kids under two and had the most magnificent time. We spent all day by the pool and exploring the area. The host was very attentive and kind, she went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time. The apartments are gorgeous and area is enchanting. We only stayed for two nights and wished we had stayed for at least a week. Sparkling clean as well.
