The property is cozy and stylish, just like a city apartment you would love to have in the center of a European city. The facility is good and extremely clean, you have everything you need, like ac, coffee machine, washing machine, pans ( if you would like to cook). The location is great, Mercato del Capo and Teatro Al Massimo is several hundred meters away. Excellent bakery in the neighborhood. The owners are a decent couple with decent jobs in the city, ready and with good taste to recommend you about food and anything worth visiting in and around the city

We booked expecting a simple room, but were pleasantly surprised to find a full modern apartment instead! Spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, there's a parking lot right across the street, and the city center is just a short walk away. A special shoutout to the receptionist, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommended! we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Very spacious and beautiful house, it's a mix of authentic Sicilian character with modern amenities. This was a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a genuine Sicilian experience, to live like the locals among Palermo’s colorful, energetic narrow streets, packed with shops, cafés, restaurants, and vibrant vegetable, fruit, meat, and fish markets. The house was ideally located, within walking distance of everything: Palermo Cathedral (5 minutes), Teatro Massimo (10–15 minutes), the Catacombe dei Cappuccini (20 min), the railway station (25 minutes, so taking day trips to Cefalu beach or Agrigento Greek temples by train it's a breeze), local shops, cafés, and even large grocery stores like Lidl and Conad, as well as traditional marionette (string puppets) theatres. The WiFi is excellent and it's free. Also the air conditioning was really helpful during some very hot days. There is an equipped kitchenette and a washing machine (though nothing beats hanging your laundry out on the outside-the-window lines, your clothes will feel more Italian, and it’s fun, try it! :) The check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free. The host was fantastic, communicated really well, and regularly checked in to make sure everything was perfect during the stay. He can also help arrange transportation to and from Palermo airport.

    Stylish and very comfortable apartment, fantastic location in the most interesting and historic area of Palermo, very quiet and a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing (and eating!). Great air conditioning and a lovely little balcony for fresh air and morning coffee. The studio is perfect for one or two people, and there is a one bedroom flat across the hall if you have a larger group. Your hosts are charming and very helpful too.

    The facilities of the apartment were convenient for a short stay for tourists. The apartments was designed in a manner for rental. The decorations were nice, it was clean and cute. It was apparent that the hosts have tried their best initially to make the stay comfortable. However, some things already needed to be fixed and the management was not done quite properly.

    Superb ground floor studio apartment with an amazing private terrace. Set within a residential courtyard surrounded by traditional properties this extremely modern apartment is a real gem. Everything is walkable and it is surrounded by an abundance of shops, markets and eateries. We loved our stay particularly the tranquility of the private terrace.
