I had a great stay at San Nicoll Verona Apartment. The place is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. Its location is perfect—just a few steps away from shops, restaurants, and popular attractions, making it very convenient. People should be very careful when using the word perfect. Perfection is about being flawless. And in all the responsibility that I have I can easily say this property is perfect. We came in a group of 7 people, including kids and senior adults, a crowd not easy to please. And the apartments met all our needs and exceeded. The property has 5 ground level, large, functional, well decorated, amazing apartments. If you want to do your laundry, you can, washer, dryer and drying rack. If you want to cook a meal, you can. Cooktop for 2 pans, fridge and all the utensils you may need. Spacious shower, they have it. A terrace to relax, they have it. Now let’s talk about location, you won’t find better. 5 min walk to ALDI grocery store, 5 min walk to Arena di Verona, 5 min walk to lots of good restaurants. And the cherry on top, they have an amazing host called Anna. She’s spot on, respectful and kind.

    An impeccable modern apartment- spotlessly clean with all the things you could need for a comfortable stay - a real treat to stay here- it was possible to walk everywhere from here with a supermarket and bakery seconds away to get provisions

    Very clean, newly refurbished apartment with good materials with a bedroom and kitchen/living room area and a bathroom. The AC is on top of the exit of the bathroom door, and the idea is it should cool the whole flat which is impossible. And it’s HOT in Verona during summer. The flat is aprox 15 min walking to the Arena area (which is where the old town starts. It’s 5 min w taxi from train station. The lady who greeted us was very kind and attentive and replied fast and contacted us prior to arrival to know our arrival time.

    It is a flat in a block of house (condominium?) on the 2nd floor. The flat is modern, nice, clean and comfortable. The bed mattress is HQ. Never found such a kind of great place! The owners were very kind and flexibile. Bakery is in the other side on the house.

    The flat is in a great location - a quiet street but near the center of town. Excellent communication from the host, who was very kind. The bed was comfortable. Great to have a washer and AC. The place in general was clean. The apartment would be suitable for a long or short stay. We would stay again.
