    This is a clean and comfortable holiday apartment, really large and with a pleasant view of the sea channel. Especially good was terrace with the table and retractable awning. Patrizia was very friendly. She was very kind to meet us in spite of our late arrival. The way to the sea along the channel was beatiful. I really like the district of Viareggio near the apartment - it is old and beautiful but not so crowded. Thank you Patrizia!

    This is a typical Italian flat “Appartamento” with a closed condominium and a private parking lot. There are everything you may need like washing machine, Air Conditioner, dishwasher, toaster etc. You just cross the street and get to the lungomare. Owners are very nice able to suggest nice places to visit during the stay

    Beautiful luxurious split level apartment next to a market and a few blocks from the beachfront. Kitchen had everything you need to do some self catering, air conditioning was effective and quiet and hot water was reliable for baths and showers. Internet was good and TV was functioning. Barbara the host was very helpful and patiently waited for me when my phone data failed and I had to rely on map directions to find the location!

    Beautiful and modern apartment. Very cozy and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Ideal location a few steps from the train station but in a very quiet and private street. The beach was also only a few minutes walking distance.

    Great, modern apartment. Beautiful view from front balcony over the canal lading down to the marina. Our host met us on time and we had a lovely welcome pack with fresh fruit, biscuits, water and soft drinks. Also available are staples such as pasta, oil and condiments, along with soaps and dishwasher liquid. The rear sunny balcony has a washing machine and airer with laundry detergent supplied. Lots of supermarkets, restaurants and bars close by. Property has a lift also and is secure.

    The location is great. Viareggio is a lovely seaside town with good rail access to other popular destinations in the area, such as Pisa, Lucca, and Cinque Terre. The apartment is just a 5 minute walk to the promenade, and also very close to lots of shops, café, etc. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with full wheelchair accessibility.

    We spent one week in this apartment with our two kids (6 and 8 yo). The flat was very nice, clean, the kitchen fully equipped. There was also a small balcony where you could sit in the evening. It’s 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. The owner is very nice and kind. I highly recommend it.
