The location was fantastic, close to the train station, mall, and many restaurants and attractions. Loved the painted window panels in all the rooms. Communication through the Booking.com app was easy. The host was kind enough to let us keep our luggage in the home after check out while we went on a sightseeing tour, which was very welcome.

The location is superb. Close to train station, Aeon mall and across the street from Fuji World Heritage Center. We saw Mt Fuji from our window on good days. Host is very kind and helpful. Allowed early checked in without extra charge. Also provided swift responses when we had issues with home appliances.
