I have mixed feelings about this property, location is common but a very ugly direct pathway to zocalo, it’s ok to walk on daylight but nighttime seems not safe. Plenty of noise during nighttime. The works was that it doesn’t have a fan to ventilate air so sleeping time can become a true nightmare. By all means if you are fat or even well nourished, do not go here as the stairway entrances are 20” wide you won’t fit. This place it’s ok only for an emergency staying. Also internet snd tv with no signal .

Super staff, very attentive. They were constantly available to meet our needs. The location of the accommodation is just off the main road so it was extremely quiet. Just the sound of the stream. Wonderful. The pool was cleaned daily. There is a convenience store just on the corner so we could easily stock up with provisions. Raul, the tourist guide (not part of the hotel) has a little kiosk at the side of the main road. He got us taxis into town. 35mxn. In short everyone we came across was amazingly friendly and helpful. Taxco is wonderful for a weekend break.

Super nice very comfortable and host was very helpful and communicative. So clean and family friendly. We only stayed for a weekend but wished we had more time. Will definitely come back to this beautiful place!
