Very spacious and clean. Nice having two full bathrooms and a large kitchen and common area. Host was very responsive and helpful. We walked to several locations from the property, but recommend vehicle rental (many moto & atv shops) if you don’t like walking far for amenities. Nice being away from all of the noise but still close enough for convenience.

loved how central it is, walking distance to everything la punta has to offer, while still being a super quite place to sleep and relax. The rooms are really nicely decorated , clean and comfortable - has all the amenities you need in the kitchen as well! Also really loved the pool / common areas- felt like you were at your own private resort! The owners Nick and Harry were also extremely welcoming and inviting - you can either keep to yourselves here or enjoy some good company and a few drinks. We loved it here so much we extended our stay by 2 extra nights. 10/10! Will come back in the future.

Great beautiful private rooms with private bathrooms that have an AC that is much needed. Very friendly and helpful staff who are available and help out with anything you need. Beautiful atmosphere on the premises altogether with a shared kitchen that has everything you need. Area and the rooms are kept very clean. A lovely place to stay!
