Not in front of the sea but VERY near. The host is very helpful and friendly and there is a nice , shared swimming pool. Also, I am always happy to find places that accept pets, I went with my two dogs without problem. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable and everything looks new, even the extra touches like coffee maker and liquidiser.

I stupidly left a bag in the room after I checked out. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. They made sure to take photos and videos of everything and it helped me a lot.

This is a charming small set of just five well equiped apartment -like rooms. Each apartment has on room with beds and kitchen, and a separate bathroom. The rooms are large, airy, with a well equiped kitchen. There is a small pool right outside the rooms. Doors are key coded so no need to remember keys. Good wifi and tv. Concierge is helpful, Spanish speaking only, and lives just across the road. Very responsive owners via Booking messaging.. The area is quiet.

We all loved the buena vida #3 apartment. This may sound strange but I've dreamt with this apartment. I liked the rate for the apartment. I liked it's close proximity to the beach. Joaquin was very courteous and accommodating during our stay.

I like the ambiance this hotel has its family friendly the pool gets a nice shade due to the surrounding buildings. Oxxo and night street vendors are right out the door and the progreso dinosaur museum is directly in front of it which is really cool, just realized today there is a coffee shop there too. Great place for the price only thing I wish for was a mini fridge but that’s hard to come by around these parts 🙂

    The apartment was comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for self catering. The air-conditioning was excellent and it had fans and screens as well. The balcony, overlooking the pool, was a good place to sit in the evenings. There is a beach at the end of the street only 2 minutes walk. Though not the best beach, it is a good place for a quick dip.

    Love the area—a quiet beachside street with a peaceful vibe. The complex is well maintained, secure, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The condo itself is extremely well equipped (much more so than most holiday rentals) and comfy—especially the bed. And above all else, the host was incredibly helpful, communicative, and accommodating.

    A nice little apartment to spend a few nights. One short block to the beach and a 25 minute walk to the Malecon. The room was clean with nice linens. The ac and fan worked well. The other guests staying there were very respectful and helpful. There is a small green sitting area outdoors that has a pool to cool off after a hot day. The pictures in the listing are accurate.

    I loved the location and the ammenities in general. We used the venue as our base to explore several beaches in Yucatán and it worked excellent for this purpose. The apartment is really nice and comfortable. Progreso is super small so stores for groceries and the Malecon itself are kinda close.
