There are many things I like this family-run hotel. First, good location: off the main road, very quiet and peaceful. 15 mins walk to kamala beach. a lot of restarants nearby. I read another guest's recommendation and went to Kamala Halal Food(a few mins walk), the food was very good and cheap. Second, facilities are new and modern, everything you need. clean and tidy; third, the lady was very nice and offered a lot of help for me. This living experience was awesome!

Fresh juice, fruit, pancakes, warm cook food, freshly brew coffee etc -great location as actually a beachfront hotel -room was clean with huge space -bed was supet huge and very comfortable for a couple -the whole staff was very helpful.

The bathroom has both a bathtub ans shower and are fitted with free toiletries. Private pool on the balcony is the heart of this loft. It was the best experience to swim alone in the night. The kitchen deserves compliments too, it was well equipped and cozy. Cleaning service worked fast and professional, they always left for us towel elephants and swans. Also, it was nice that the owner provided us with extra towels set , towels for the pool, an umbrella and beach beddings. The WiFi was good.

This place is a mansion. Everything is perfect. The manager of the property was fantastic and was available on whatsapp before and during the stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Stayed in a condo with private pool definitely recommend enjoyed chilling on the terrace. The apartment was lovely and cleaned daily. The private pool was checked and cleaned every morning. Very secure complex and very welcoming and friendly and reception staff were very helpful. About a 15 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute taxi ride into lively Patong. Nice relaxing place for families.
this lovely villa is perfect for family who wants to have good family quality time. it's so huge and got everything u need.the most amazing part is private swimming pool. we were just so lucky to have this villa in this price. u can also use other facility in condominium next to villa like gym and common swimming pool. 20mins to beach, 15mins to big supermarket. very sweet house keeping staff.

We had a room with our own private pool and I have to say that it was great. Huge apartment with a living room, kitchen, big bathroom, and a spacious bedroom. It was clean and everything was great. The pool on the roof was just a bonus. It was smaller but absolutely enough for the rest and chill next to it. We liked it a lot and I would definitely come back to this condominium again in the future for a longer period of time.

The cleanliness/housekeeping is easily comparable to a 5 star hotel. I've stayed at Marriott etc. and i should say that the room was speckless! Scooter rental is available at the property. Airport transfer is also available at competitive prices. The apartment is maintained by a family and you feel very welcome and safe. 7-11, restaurants are available at walking distances.
The staff are all friendly and professional. The apartments are in a quiet location and right on the beech so best of both worlds for the pool or beech. There are plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby and the self catering facility's in the apartments good. There is fantastic views from the pool of the beech. I would definitely stay again.
The view from the studio apartment is amazing. To wake up looking out to the sea was extremely beautiful and definitely the best view of the hotel. I enjoyed many evening watching the sunset from the balcony with a beer. Restaurants are right on your door step and the main road is 5 minute walk. Room was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here.
