There was a phone number posted outside in case you couldn't get in with their keyless entry. And someone actually answered right away and assisted. Also, rooms are super clean with a nice balcony and lots of light. Beware, there are no sidewalks and not a big touristy area so if you're looking for that type of setting, this is not it. This is a place for someone who already knows the area or is willing to put up with things that are here in Thailand. There's a great Exchange with great rates about 15 minutes away walking. As far as food options? You most likely will need to do grab. But, even that was super easy. I would definitely have my friends and family come here if they were visiting me here.

The easy access by key card. The price performance ration, in midst of the high season in Rawai and Chalong. Had a small problem. The from the help was beyond what is typical for hosts do. This property is newly built, the owner gave us a 5 star hospitality that we never experienced before. We were welcome with a nice cold Jasmine tea after a long hot day traveling. They also helped take our heavy luggages up on our room, and even offered to drive us to our next hotel due to grab transportation wasn’t going through.
