This hotel is run by Emir and his lovely staff passionate about exceptional hospitality. From the first second entering the property, they make you feel at home. We were lucky and got an upgrade to the Deluxe Suite with Sea View, which is very spacious, comfy and has a nice surprise mirror above the bed :D If I come back to Akyaka will definitely stay again at Liya. PS: The breakfast is really really good and generous!

The rooms are very uniquely designed, our host was also the architect of the whole place. It is truly an incredible place, the location is also perfect, the view from our place was incredible - it's only a half hour from Marmaris and like an 8 minute drive to Akyaka, which is where we went to swim. The room had a full kitchen, we cooked dinner and watched the sunset on our terrace, as well as enjoyed the jacuzzi on the terrace. SUPER RELAXING! Another thing worth mentioning is the art gallery, it's a really nice space.

Great apartment! Spotlessly clean and the amenities were excellent. So good, we extended our visit. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Would definitely recommend and we hope to visit the beautiful Akyaka again.
