“We came back in a year and the place has a new name and newly remodeled rooms. It is still partially under construction but looks very nice inside and out. Comfortable bed with big pillows, giant flat screen TV, blackout window screen, multiple outlet on nightstands and the desk. Friendly staff, easy to find from the freeway, and easy access to downtown area. The truck stop next door has a pretty good diner as well. Noon checkout time was nice.”
“I loved my room.Felt like a small studio apartment.”
“We were able to upgrade to a suite for no additional cost, which let us have a separate pull-out bed for our 13 year old, as we were traveling with me, my husband, and our 24 year old daughter and forgot to grab the inflatable mattress from home before we left. The breakfast was super, the hotel itself is lovely, the room was perfect and we loved all the little amenities in the room.”
“The Boise Motel is the ramshackle remnants of what used to be a decent motels secondary building. Staying there was like moving into a apartment in a low rent neighborhood on the wrong side of the tracks. If booking.com ever gives me another hotel to stay at like that I will certainly stop using booking.com. what's sad is I'm not one usually to complain all I need is a safe comfortable bed. The drug dealer sitting outside of the room, the window open, and the heat that didn't work all made that difficult.”
“- Cleanliness - More like a managed apartment than a hotel - Well equipped for a lengthy stay - Outside door security functioned well - Service area (snack machines and laundry) well taken care of and well provisioned - Friendly and helpful staff”
