Austin was a wonderful host from beginning to end. The property is located in a rustic area near Franklin, TN. It was perfect for us, as our friends were hosting a party in the main property. Everything was convenient and comfortable.

Excellent facility- perfect location Only negative and it’s not big but I’d get rid of the carpet in the bed room as it was very old and go with the same laminate flooring as the kitchen

The location and access to the apartment was very convenient. Felt very comfortable and had everything you needed for an overnight trip. Balcony was a plus, we enjoyed relaxing at night looking at the city. Several great restaurants in walking distance. Perfect Pizza and Taco Mamas a must if you stay!!!
