We were a little apprehensive about the neighbourhood after reading some of the reviews, but we ran into zero issues! Just practise caution + common sense since this is downtown LA. Apartment was spacious and comfy, we had covered garage parking in the same building accessible by lift, and overall had a super comfortable and enjoyable stay! Mike who checked us in was also super helpful and friendly. Apartment was actually at 1360 S Figueroa St Suites.

I liked the theme and decor. The shower was great. It's sort of a prime location. Really enjoyed the nearby restaurants, especially Roscoe's. The negative aspects of the neighborhood can't really be helped, so I want bother.

The unit was very large, on the 2nd floor of a duplex, with renovated baths and kitchen, clean and luxurious, Wifi and TV provided as well as laundry inside. parking onsite. Host was friendly and helpful. We will be back here again for sure and recommend to others.

Very large 3 bedroom apartment with separate dining room, full size kitchen, separate laundry room, outdoor sitting area with BBQ grill, parking on premises, very nice comfortable furniture, renovated bathrooms, hedged from the street for privacy and most importantly, totally walkable area. couldn’t ask for a better accommodation. much better than a hotel, and much less expensive if you have a large family.

Cleaning supplies, laundry detergent,dish soap, trash bags, you name it, and it was there! Chinar was a fantastic hostess! She was accessible and took care of everything - I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to LA!

This house was adorable, tastefully decorated, in a great location, and offered a full accommodations. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Having a backyard area, full kitchen and laundry set was wonderful and we were able to walk to the areas we wanted to visit like the Sunset Strip and Santa Monica Blvd. The host also made it very easy to understand the instructions and having the ability to park in the drive way for free was great.

The house was luxurious, brand new and modern. It was walled off and gated from the street which was important for us. It had a large front yard with space to park at least 10 cars. The house was 2 stories with family room, 3 bedrooms and laundry on the ground level and upstairs were living room with a large wrap around view deck, kitchen and luxurious master suite. The host was friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay here again.

Very nice and spacious apartment in a great walkable location. We were a family of 5 people and were very comfortable. The apartment is on the ground floor of a 2 story building. Inside it was appointed with nice furniture and comfortable beds with clean linens and plenty of towels. Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a formal dining room. Laundry inside. Parking provided on site. Location is A+. Host was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Apartment was perfect! All the things you need- dishes, stacked laundry, full kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms with full baths and walk-in closets! Location in fashion district, everything you need within walking distance, restaurants, CVS, Bodega, coffee, bars, many great options. Loved the old building, Bankers Lofts, with keyed entry and security during day time. Offered Parking option close by. Noise from the street and city could be a problem at night, but the host has you covered, ear plugs are provided!!
