Great location! In a quiet and beautiful neighborhood but can walk to many restaurants within 5-10 minutes. It was wonderful to have such a well appointed kitchen as well. Very clean and comfortable - thank you!

Cleanliness. Everything appeared new. Temperature could be easily regulated, and it was extremely warm outside during our stay. The location was great. We highly recommend and look forward to staying there at our next visit to Santa Fe

Beautiful spacious accommodations with an authentic Santa Fe feel, coupled with a great location. Unit had 2 BRs and 2 1/2 baths on 2 floors, a large LR w/ a WBF, a separate dining area off the kitchen and a lovely patio.

It’s close to everything, great location! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was small but there’s plenty of room everywhere else. I asked for coffee and there was coffee 😊

Cute, cozy, centrally located, safe and quiet neighborhood, tons of local charm in the architecture and decor. The fireplace was amazing. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook for myself for a week.

The location was a bit far to walk to town but after taking an UBER to town we did walk home after dinner one night so it’s doable! Being a mile away from all the traffic was rather nice! Loved the mechanic beds!! It’s a little older but very comfortable and clean! Had to buy coffee for the maker but no big deal! The water faucet in the bath came off but my husband was able to repair it! The Jack & Jill bathroom with two toilets was so nice! I gave it 5 stars as we’d love to stay there again next time we visit! Loved having a washer and dryer and the private deck was so relaxing! Thank you!

    Spacious studio apartment with lovely, quiet, shaded private patio and off street parking. Despite summer heat and no AC we were quite comfortable in the evenings with fans and open windows. Host is gracious and accessible but not intrusive. Location is close to major thoroughfares and it was easy to get around by car. Grocery and restaurants nearby. Husband really enjoyed walking a few blocks to see a semi-pro baseball game. The Santa Fe Fuegos won!
