He was very courteous and informative and was very prompt to answer all my questions. The apartment was spacious with a nice kitchen with tea and coffee facilities. Nice comfortable hall and bedroom and a huge balcony. A minute away you will find a Carrefour market. Take the steps down towards the walkway by the water and you have an Italian restaurant, a coffee shop, and an Irish Pub. The apartment is centrally located and a few minutes drive to most places within Yas Island. Definitely staying here again when I visit Yas.

It was much better than staying at a 5 star hotel. Located in the heart of Yas island near world’s largest theme parks, Yas mall, Yas Golf and beach. Still 20min to the airport, 30min to Abu Dhabi city center, 1h drive to Dubai. Great service with clean towels, beddies, toiletries, 24h security. Shady was very friendly and always ready to support. We felt like at home. Best place at Yas. We will surely return
