We found absolutely everything for our stay. The garage is in the basement of the building and the spot is close to the elevator entrance. It is right on the promenade overlooking Lake Constance, has two balconies, large rooms, extremely clean and very well appointed. It has everything you could wish for in a home including a great selection of teas. Maria, the host, shows care and hospitality in all the little touches including chocolates on the pillows and a welcome bottle of wine. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Specific points: closed terrace with full cover sun awning, dog bowls, dog towels - excellent when travelling with a dog. Good terrace furniture (lounging & eating), air conditioning, beautiful shower space, separate toilet, great kitchen (equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a nespresso machine & dishwasher), very comfortable bed, two tv's, underground garage and bike rental which was very well priced. And as well as all that the neighbourhood is calm and pretty and perfectly placed for hiking, swimming in the lake and visiting Bregenz.
