Specific points: closed terrace with full cover sun awning, dog bowls, dog towels - excellent when travelling with a dog. Good terrace furniture (lounging & eating), air conditioning, beautiful shower space, separate toilet, great kitchen (equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a nespresso machine & dishwasher), very comfortable bed, two tv's, underground garage and bike rental which was very well priced. And as well as all that the neighbourhood is calm and pretty and perfectly placed for hiking, swimming in the lake and visiting Bregenz.

The apartment was large, the fittings and furniture excellent quality and well equipped. It was very well cared for. The owner was friendly and welcoming, especially with the children, showing them where they could pick a few berries and an apple and letting them pet the rabbits. The communication from the owner was quick and responsive. The town of Hard is beautiful and the access to the lake is top class. We spent a day enjoying the Strandbad facilities and walked along the Lakeshore most evenings. The location was top class for exploring the east end of the Bodensee, we made day trips to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Germany as well as exploring the local area. We are blown away with the region and would like to visit again some day.
