It is located 7.5 km from Fairground Friedrichshafen and features a lift. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Very clean and well equipped. The host was so nice and helpful despite us arriving in the middle of the night.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the host included coffee, water, tea and everything needed to cook (salt, oil, dishwasher soap, paper towels, etc.). The dining room and living room are spacious and comfortable for 8. The bathrooms included toiletries. The whole apartment is modern and comfortable, and there are two spots in the garage to park the cars. The area is mostly country side but walking distance to the lovely town Rhein am Stein and 45 min by car to Zurich. We didn't meet the host but there was no need, as everything worked out smoothly. Good value for price. We had a wonderful time!

It is right on the promenade overlooking Lake Constance, has two balconies, large rooms, extremely clean and very well appointed. It has everything you could wish for in a home including a great selection of teas. Maria, the host, shows care and hospitality in all the little touches including chocolates on the pillows and a welcome bottle of wine. Wish we could have stayed longer.
