Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne, fruits and chocolates or cookies. Probably the best equipped apartment so far and we been traveling a lot! Don't even know what was missing, there were shoe cleaning accessories, umbrella, slippers & bathrobe, small snacks etc. The kitchen is comparatively small and serves for basic cooking but you don't need to cook yourself as the restaurant located in the same building serves probably the best goulash in Austria! Super pleased with this place and would suggest to all my friends and travelers.

Apartment and balcony were very big and beautiful in a quiet street. Free of charge parking spot in front of the building. There were toys and playground for kids. Electrical window covers were great to use. Foodstore was about 300m and great bakery about 500m. If I ever come back to Linz, I will certainly book the same apartment.
