The lake views here are stunning! We fell in love with this cozy spot - waking up to see the water and stream outside our balcony was pretty special. The owner clearly put thought into every detail - nice furniture, super comfortable, had all we needed for our stay. It's very Clean. And the owner went above and beyond to help out. The place was so perfect we actually came back for our final vacation day after spending time in the mountains. You won't have trouble finding it, and parking's sorted - either grab a spot in the underground garage (15 euros/night, just let the owner know) or park on the street with a parking card.

Our apartment faced to the street, so can't sleep with open windows, but they are completely soundproof. The entrance to the building and the apartment is with a code is very practical. The location was perfect for us. It was easy to get into the city center by metro or tram. Parking house ca. 5-7 minutes for 7eur/24hours is almost nothing compared to other options (20-30/day) in Vienna. Groceries like Hofer, Billa, Eurospar in 5 minutes walk. Communication with the owners went smoothly. Sophie answered all our questions and gave guidance. She also gave us a parking ticket (Kurzparkzone) to park next to the entrance till packing the car.
