This location has a big plus as the metro has the station across the street. The U1 line has a direct line to Stephanplatz. Also, using the U1's connection to U3 and U4, the principal attractions can be reached. Nearby we found Spar, a pharmacy and some restaurants. We would definitely book this place again, if we would return to Vienna.
