We stayed here before and after doing the W Trek. The hosts were so lovely and gave us a warm welcome. The room was comfortable, warm and clean. We were very close to the shops and restaurants. The morning we left for our trek, we were going early so they kindly left us a great packed lunch in the fridge as we were missing breakfast. We were also able to leave our big bags here while we were away on the trek. Would definitely stay here again!😊

It was well designed, with a wonderful kitchen area, very comfortable bed and pillows, an amazing hot shower, a great heater, access to a washing machine, and a wonderful deck. Breakfasts were superb, with fresh eggs, fresh fruit, fresh and delicious bread with options of ham and cheese or jam, and great coffee. My wife and would return here in a heartbeat, and hopefully for a longer stay next time. We highly recommend Departmemto Rossbach!!

He even let us check in a bit earlier and check out a bit later as well. Location is 2 mins away from the bus station, so if you are planning to do your Torres del Paine trekking and need to walk with a backpack, location is perfect! Also not far from the center, which was around 10-15 min walk.
