The location is exactly as promised, around 12-15 min walk from gengenback station. There is a bus stop just outside the apartment. The old town main street is very nearby, around 5-7 min walk. Grocery store is at a distance of around 700 Mtr. The kitchen is well equipped and has good stock of materials. Crockery and furniture are of Ikea and looks brand new. Owners are very friendly and fulfilled our smallest of requirements. Konus card is provided by owner which will make your black forest region public transport free (except high speed trains, special trains, cable cars etc. Please refer konus card policies). If you want a peaceful, serene stay then gengenback will give you that. There is nothing to explore in the town so don't spend much time exploring it rather go out and explore triberg, Baden Baden etc.
