Very pleasant and comfortable place with a very good management Location is super No extraneous odours/smells and very well maintained and cleaned; warm and dry Linen and towels were of good quality Studio room appeared to be spacious enough WiFi is stable and good signal and easy to connect All the staff members were polite and attentive people The kitchenette was provided with a very useful cleaning set helping to keep the kitchenette clean and tidy; there was not much cookware, but it was still enough to manage. The cups and plates were of good quality and quantity. The staff also provided daily cleaning of the room.

We travel quite a lot and I would say that this aparthotel is on if the best we have ever lived in. Good central location, but it still quiet and cosy, new modern rooms equipped with all the necessary things both for the short and long stays, very friendly staff. Daily room cleaning + 2 bottles of still water. For those who prefers cooking, the kitchen is well equipped incl. dish washing machine. Definitely recommend this place!

A bicycle rental service is available at the apartment. Wonderful apartment in the very center of Valencia, literally around the corner from the main square. You have the view to the square from the living room balcony. Everything was very clean, beds were comfy. Elevator was a great feature, and the building felt very safe. Also, the option of online check-in was comfortable as we arrived late. In addition, we loved that the host was able to add our car plate number to the ZTL, so we're able to park under the main square, 1 min walk from the apartment. One thing worth mentioning - the apartment is way lighter than it is on the pictures. Would definitely stay there again

It is comfortable, quiet and discreet as an apartment but there is every day reception and also cleaning service for longer stays like in a hotel. In case of late check-in you can easily access the building and the room with an app. One of our smoothest and most comfortable stays in Spain ever 👍🏼
