All apartments have a balcony and a kitchen. There is air conditioning and a TV. The view from the room on the 8th floor was spectacular. The room was also very clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice. There are activities you can book and car rental at the reception, but unfortunately i saw this only on the last day. I liked the sea, even though it didn't have a sandy beach (there are some 5 minutes from the hotel) where i could swim and snorkel.

We were specially pleased with Ms. Almudena from the hotel reception, who was very helpful and she also helped us getting local recommendations and bike rental services. We loved our stay at the apartment and would definitely visit again.

Hotel Helios Mallorca includes an indoor swimming pool. Mini golf and table tennis facilities are also available, and the hotel provides entertainment every day. It is my 2nd time in this hotel. I have chosen it for proximity to the airport. It offers an excellent breakfast,a great pool, and the sea is just 2-minute walk. I would like to emphasize the cleanliness of the rooms and the territory.

The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is also perfect if you wanna be centrally located in Arenal. The best about our stay was the incredibly friendly reception staff, Ana was so helpful and always with a smile. Also met Alex who was also great.
