The walk to the old town takes you through a nice park with good views. The space was all mine and I could do laundry from all of my traveling very easily. There is also a mall that is very close and has good options for a late night snack.

An electric fan is available and it was enough for us. The location is perfect for spending time in the lake and visits around Annecy. Highly recommended!

Amazing accomodation, literally just cross the street and put your skis on. The sauna/jacuzzi/hamman/pool are excellent at the end of the day. Very well equipped kitchen for cooking as well. There's also free indoor parking and the possibility to order fresh bread/pastries and pick them up at the reception, which was a great surprise!
