The only one minor thing is when we arrived the floor was quite dirty and there was no toilet papers in all the bathroom, we walked with bare foot and our feet are all full of dirt after.

He is an excellent host and a very friendly person! The apartment is spacious and very clean, with all the amenities you'd need. I'd love to stay here again, highly recommended!

The location was very convenient, about 2-3 minutes by walk and very close from the train station as well as the bus stop. All the tourist places are walkable from the apartment. The house was super clean and huge enough for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The host was super responsive and always gave us the right recommendations. There is a Tv in the drawing room which was very helpful on rainy days when it was a bit difficult to go out. The area was very safe and the apartment is right in the center of Annecy. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and bakeries very close to the apartment. Only the 2 flight of stairs might be an issue for people with mobility issues but we absolutely had no issues. I would surely recommend this place in Annecy. Thanks to the host for making our stay super comfortable.

She went above and beyond to meet us in the evening. The apartment has all the essentials and was really comfortable. Take note that if there is a heatwave, the apartment has no air conditioning. An electric fan is available and it was enough for us. The location is perfect for spending time in the lake and visits around Annecy. Highly recommended!

There was clean and quiet. There were everything you need to cook food, and some foodmarket near. Communication with host was fast, we had detail information about flat.
