Offering free WiFi and free private parking, Brown Cow Cottage is situated in Dalton in Furness, just 100 metres from Dalton Castle. Cottage had everything we needed. Nice size garden for our dog. Great pub next door with helpfull friendly staff .

Just across the road from the famous Gillians tea rooms.

ASDA and other stores are only a few minutes drive. Highly recommended for someone planning a day trip to lakeside or Windermere both reachable in an hour's drive even with the current road closures. Louise has been extremely helpful as well including the support provided during out of working hours.

Situated in the market town of Keswick, 25 Church Street offers self-catering accommodation with free WiFi access and free off-site parking. The property is a 5-minute drive from Derwent Water and the Theatre By The Lake. This is an excellent property with everything that you need and it's a 5 minute walk into the centre of Keswick. Good communication from the owners of the property. More than happy to recommend this property and wish we had been able to stay longer.

The Quaysiders Club is located on the shore of Lake Windermere at Waterhead, which is a short walk from the village of Ambleside. Waterhead has several bars, restaurants and cafés.

The Quaysiders Club also has self-catering apartments and suites, available for up to 6 people. These offer 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi. Excellent location. Spotlessly clean, good sized apartment. Friendly, helpful staff.

A terrace is available on site and hiking can be enjoyed within close proximity of the apartment. The location was beautiful with fabulous views all around. Every single item you could require was available in the property which was decorated to a very high standard with great attention to detail in every room. Beds wonderfully comfy with high quality bedding, pillows and duvets. I felt as though I'd had a real treat of a break and wished we could have stayed longer. Parking permit provided for entirety of stay. Option for Netflix on TV if required. Nice touches of locally produced soaps and hand sanitiser along with face masks. Absolutely all bases covered. Would love to visit again.
