The main fear for us was the construction work around the hotel, and we were afraid to live in a noisy room. But the noise isolation is really good and we didn't feel ourself nonconformable. There were no problems with waiting for the elevator, as in some high buildings in Batumi. The room is small but very well organized. If you need cooking utensils you should ask the staff. Also it isn't equipped by clothes dryer but I think it's also possible to ask from the staff. The breakfast is good and quite various. Don't forget to order the omelet:)

I don't like the New Boulevard district that much but if you want to see the better part of Batumi every day from an incredible angle, that definitely is the spot!

The location is brilliant – a 10-minute walk to the center, but still in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains in the evening, which was our favorite moment. The host is incredibly warm and communicative – he helped us book a transfer, gave us advice on local restaurants and was always ready to help. We will definitely come back and I sincerely recommend it to anyone who wants cleanliness, comfort and sincere hospitality.
