Outstanding apartment in Tbilisi I would say, colourfully and nicely designed, comfortable, clean and spacious, well equipped. Simple check in, located close to the Central bus station and easy to get to the centre by bus or minibus. We’ve wanted to rent a stay once again but unfortunately it was not available. Definitely recommended

You can enjoy your morning coffee with a nice view. The beds was very comfortable. Place looks very clean, and the apartment have everything you need.

The hotel has been recently refurbished so everything is new like in the pictures and some tight spaces has been used in a very clever way. You have everything you need, comfy bed, balcony with view, and our apartment also had a small kitchen that we used when we were too tired to dine out. Shops, restaurants and public transports in walking distance. Cherry on the cake is the sauna and mini pool with warm water that we could use privately for free. It's outside the room and you just need to tell them a bit in advance when you'd like to use it to have it ready. Owners super friendly and welcoming.

Next time I'm in Tbilisi, I'm definitely staying at Eva's Pavaroti again. Highly recommended!

This was our second time staying in the same hotel apartment building, but with a different direct owner — and this one was truly a standout! The apartment was spotless, offered great value for money, and was very comfortable. We also loved how easily accessible everything was, with supermarkets and other essentials just a short walk away. Our daughter already misses the place! A big thank you to Inaa for making our stay so enjoyable — kudos to you! We’d love to come back again soon.

Location: Perfect location. 2 minutes away from metro station and bus station. Groceries and exchange are just few steps away from the hotel. Room facilities: All areas of the appartment have been utilized wised by the owner and washing machine and cooking facility are available. It has some good views from the balcony as well. Host: Host is extremely responsive. We had an issue with heating on the first night of our stay and the host cleared the issue with in no time.
