I was met upon arrival by Damon who consistently went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and at home. The room is so modern and comfortable! I was really happy with the bed in particular. The soap, shampoo, conditioner, and moisturiser is locally made and smells really nice. I had trouble with my door not closing one night and even though it was after hours Damon was straight up to my room to fix it after I texted him. Rosemary is a fantastic person - it wouldn't be fair to call her the housekeeper, she is in charge of the breakfast and pretty much keeps the place cosy and running. She did a photoshoot of my on my last day because she saw me trying to take selfies with the flowers. She's always up for a chat and will drop everything to help you. Lastly, this may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I love cats and I had a steady stream of feline visitors to my balcony every evening. If you don't like them you can shoo them away, but if you do they provided the nicest companionship, chats, and cuddles! I had a such nice evenings with my glass of wine, book, and kitty visitors on my balcony. When I come back to Ikaria I will be looking to book Selene again!

The sunrise from the beach, only a 2-minute walk from the apartment, was unforgettable – perfect for an early morning swim. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and had a spacious terrace where we enjoyed spending time. Relaxing there with a book in complete peace was indescribable – you truly adopt the island’s rhythm. Towels were changed every two days and the beds were made daily. The staff was exceptionally kind and served a delicious breakfast on the terrace every morning. At night, the starry sky was spectacular – we could even see the Milky Way. Since the island is accessible only by car, the shaded parking on site was very convenient. Beautiful beaches are also nearby. This was the perfect choice for us, as we wanted to stay away from the crowds and enjoy a relaxing, authentic atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Kymothoi in Ikaria! The apartments were exactly what I was looking for – spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. They aren’t luxurious, but they feel authentic, practical, and welcoming, which is just perfect for the laid-back charm of Ikaria. The sea view is simply breathtaking – waking up to the endless blue and watching the sunset directly from the balcony was a highlight of every single day. The atmosphere is peaceful and serene, ideal for relaxing and disconnecting. A big part of what made my stay so special was the kindness of the landlady, who was warm, attentive, and made me feel at home from the very first moment. Right in front of the hotel, there’s a beautiful rocky beach – the crystal-clear water is amazing for a swim if the sea is calm and you’re a confident swimmer. On calmer days, it feels like your own private paradise. Overall, Hotel Kymothoi is a gem for travelers who love authentic stays, incredible views, and genuine hospitality. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Located in Évdhilos, Ikaria Utopia - Cusco Studios offers beachfront accommodation 400 metres from Kampos Beach and provides various facilities, such as free bikes and a garden. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. For over 20 years I have been spending a few days of vacation every summer in Greece. This place was one of the wonderful places that helped me fall in love with Ikaria. Utopia Cusco and our hosts, Christo and his wife helped us have a dream vacation. The location overlooking the sea, 3-5 minutes walk to Kampos beach and 10 minutes by car to Mesakti was extraordinary. And Christo and his wife are special. We participated with them in the traditional parties on the island and had a wonderful and authentic experience. Thank you Cusco!

Surrounded by olive trees and wild vegetation, the traditionally constructed and styled Pyrgos Exclusive Boutique Villas have balconies with unique views of the sea and the mountains. We loved the lovely Eri! She was very helpful before and during our stay. The location is on top of a hill with an amazing view. The amenities are so many to choose from and unfortunately we didn't have time to do everything. Everything was clean and our room was extremely spacious.
