Very central location, super clean and brand new room, great host Pelagia who exceeded all our expectations, helped us organize our trip and tendered to all our needs with care.

The owner was already there when we arrived and kindly helped us carry our luggage. Even though we were a bit early for check-in, he welcomed us in and helped us settle down, especially since we were traveling with kids. The place was very clean, cozy, and the breakfast was great. If you need anything, they are always ready to help and answer your questions. They are also animal-friendly people. I read a review about a cat, but I don't think it’s true, there are already three cats at the property, and the owner clearly takes good care of them. I saw this with my own eyes. Some people mentioned mosquitoes, but the property has both shutters and mosquito nets that are easy to pull down to cover the doors. The rooms also have air conditioning. It’s clear the owner listens to feedback and makes improvements. The pool was very nice and quite large. Every morning after breakfast, we used the pool to play with our son before heading to the beach. The beach is also very close. Overall, even though I’m quite a picky person, I give this place a 10 out of 10.

Situated within 44 km of Saint Raphael Monastery and 48 km of University of the Aegean, Lefteris provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Polichnítos. It is a small town where places/houses do not have numbers, as everyone knows everyone. Contrastingly, the menus on the restaurants are mostly on three languages (Greek, English and Turkish), yet you never feel you are treated like a tourist. The hotel is clean and simple, yet Lefteris being an amazing host, makes it a great place and with the very friendly staff there, you feel absolutely at home! It was our 20th wedding anniversary and I had exchanged emails with Lefteris before our arrival, to create a surprise for my husband; Dear Lefteris arranged the best chocolate cake ever for us and offered us bubbles with it... And we were given the room with the best view; we could watch the sea from our bed... The breakfast was made up of very fresh, local products and offerings from the house! It was an amazing, unforgettable vacation and Lefteris has a lot to do with it! Thank you dear Lefteris!!!

We stayed here in March. The house was so clean and tidy. Everything was carefully organised including kitchen tools and bathroom stuff. They left a bottle of wine for us in the kitchen and two jars of jam on the table with a very kind and sincere note on them.

In fact, the hosts send you a message that includes everything you might need and answers to all your questions — we had to ask a few things again because I overlooked the message, but they responded kindly and patiently. The bathroom and toilet area is very spacious. There’s a lovely beach right across the street, I recommend spending your afternoons there. I didn’t know they would come and tidy up the room, but they did that as well. Since there’s a smart TV, you can watch anything you like through your preferred apps. It’s just 5 minutes away from Plomari center, and the road isn’t very winding, so don’t let the distance worry you. You can enjoy your after-drinks on the large balcony when you return to your room.

This beachfront property offers access to a balcony. The apartment has parking on-site, a hot tub and luggage storage space. The location is unique, has an unhindered view of the sea and the beach is just across the road. A few lovely taverns are very close and the small town center at walking distance. The rooms are comfortable, luxurious , yet simple and relaxing. The hosts are lovely. Everything is perfect.
