The reception staff was super friendly and helpful even gave us a little leaving gift. Location is only a few steps up from the main street be better, and even has a lift!!

Stuff was helpful all the time. Also suggested nice places to visit and for lunch or drink. They also facilite hiring a car at a good price. The hotel (majority of it) was renovated in the Cycladic style, with spacious shower and rooms, met all my expectations. The rooms have very beautiful design and decorations. Balconies with chairs allow you to relax in the evening or have breakfast. The bangalows are built among the pine trees. Very picturesque and quiet, far from the street. Beds and pillows are very comfy. I like that there were nets in the windows and A/C was quiet and far from the bed. The rooms were serviced every day, thank you for the effort! That made the stay very pleasant.

We managed to spend only one night at the Residence, when we were offered a bigger apartment from Prokopios Ampelos Inn. This suited our family perfectly, because Prokopios beach was wonderful and the distance to the beach was only a couple of hundred meters. The employees of both Ampelos Resedenc and Inn were extremely friendly and helpful. all the tips we got were spot on. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. the beds were comfortable. warm thanks again to the entire staff ❤️

The location is perfect as it’s a ~15 min drive from Naxos town, ~5-10 min drive to various amazing beaches and restaurants and ~20 min drive to the smaller towns around the island. Additionally a portion of Plaka beach is only a 5 minute walk - this part of the beach is very private as it’s away from some of the more commercial and populated strips. The accommodations were also perfect. The rooms are modern and well equipped with everything you need during your stay. Beds are super comfortable with firm mattresses and various types of pillows. The decor and architecture of the property gives you a relaxing and welcoming feel that constantly reminds you that you are on vacation. Lastly, Christos is an awesome host and was very accommodating and attentive. He spent a few mo it’s when we arrived giving us a few recommendations on how to spend our time and get the most out of Naxos, including some recommendations for restaurants that ended up being our best meals during our 2 weeks in Greece. You literally cannot go wrong booking this place!
