Offering rooms with a private balcony, Pension Ptolemeos is situated 20 metres from shops and bars in Fira and 200 metres from the Caldera. The place is centrally located, just a 5-minute walk from the bus station. The hospitality was excellent. Katharine was very kind — she allowed us to check in early and also let us store our luggage at the property until the evening.

Se vším se na ní můžete obrátit. Milý a usměvavý personál. Krásné a čisté ubytování (úklid každý den). Snídaně formou bufetu, takže velký výběr. Bazén skvělý na odpočinek po celodenním výletu. Ubytování v docházkové vzdálenosti od Oia. Nemám co vytknout:)

You’re right in the heart of Santorini, so you can get anywhere quickly. The rooms are cool, traditional, and at the same time romantic. We stayed in the Galaria apartment and thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend staying at this property. It’s clean, close walking distance to the main part of Thira and the suites are stunning. They are equiped with everything you need for your stay. The staff were also absolutely phenomenal and one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.

A stunning place, a very good hotel. The host was incredible, we arrived late night but we were very well received. Large rooms, super clean. Ideal for people who want to escape from noisy towns. We have traveled a lot and this place was the most amazing apartment we have ever stayed in. First of all, Raphael, the manager, meets you when you arrive and helps you with anything you need. He is there to answer any question. He was incredible. The apartment has everything you need, from the kitchen supplies to toiletry supplies. The apartment is so clean plus they clean everyday of your stay and change the towels and sheets every other day. The jacuzzi on the patio is fabulous. They change the water between guests and clean it so you know it's clean. It's like staying in a 5 star hotel. Watching the sunset from the jacuzzi was the best. The suites are a 10 minute walk up to Oia center. We liked it because it was so close but also gave us privacy and quiet. If you stay in Oia center you are right on top of everyone. There is no privacy. I already recommended the place to friends and family.
