We were here in 2024 and also in 2025 for a week. The apartment was clean. The owner is really nice always helpful if we needed anything. We had terrace to have breakfast, lunch and drinks. Really quite so you can have a nice sleep. We had also a parking space in the garden. We used the Bijeca beach which is about 10 minutes walk. I totally recommend it. If we come to Medulin next year we will be back :)

The parking was around 6 minutes walking distance from the apartment which was more than acceptable considering the center location of the accommodation.
